The City of Wabasha Housing Task Force recently identified three city properties available for potential development for housing.
They are now accepting letters of interest and inquiries from potential developers.
Downtown Site (2nd Street, former Grandpa’s Barn and Transfer Building Site), is a 0.5 acre site located downtown, near the library, National Eagle Center, and river. Existing utility connections. Will require demolition of existing buildings.
River Crossings Site B is a 4.77 acre site available for commercial development, adjacent to Dicks Market.
Main Street East is a small site, for potential low density residential development.
