Salvation Army Bell Ringing

Red Wing area residents are encouraged to donate to this year’s Salvation Army Bell Ringing campaign.

Tom Kuelbs, Southeast Minnesota Field Representative, says there will be kettles set up at Family Fare in Red Wing and Island Market in Pine Island on Fridays and Saturdays.

Kuelbs says they are in great need for more bell ringers and usual shifts are two hours.

Kuelbs says people can donate regular currency at the kettles but they have other options too, QR codes and Google and Apple pay are available.

Kuelbs says there are several ways for people to donate to reach their goal of raising $18,000.

Bell ringing continues through Saturday, December 23rd, and the Kettle Campaign runs through December 31st.
