The Red Wing City Council will hold a pair of meetings early next week, inclding a special meeting Monday, January 6th at 12:30 pm.
The Council will consider a motion to approve an Employment Agreement with City Council Administrator Finalist Chris Heineman.
Heineman currently serves as the City Administrator with the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, where he has been in the role for six years. Prior, he served as the Community Development Director/EDA Executive Director with the City of Northfield, Minnesota, for six years.
The City Council will meet Tuesday, January 7th at 5 pm.
There will Recognition and Remarks of Outgoing Council member Evan Brown and outgoing Mayor Mike Wilson.
There will be a swearing in ceremony and Oath of Office for re-elected Council members Kim Beise and Don Kliewer as well as newly-elected Council member Beth Thomas Snyder and newly-elected Mayor Gary Iocco.
On the Tuesday the 7th, the Council will also elect a Council President, Vice President and President Pro Tem.
