
Olmsted Medical Center (OMC) is proud to recognize the distinguished career of Alane Booth, PA-C, who is retiring after more than 20 years of dedicated service to the Plainview community.
Alane has been a trusted provider and advocate for her patients, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals and families.
Families she has cared for over the years have shared heartfelt stories about her dedication, whether guiding them through complex medical conditions, offering reassurance in difficult times, or celebrating important milestones.
“She’s a real gem, and a real patient advocate. Very community-oriented,” said Mark Wilbur, OMC’s Chief Medical Officer said. “It’s just been a joy to work with her.”
The Plainview News reports Booth said she hopes to spend more time with her husband, Norm.
The couple has been married for 31 years. She says “It’s going to be a new chapter,” “I’ve provided care for a lot of families here. I’ll miss my working family, and I’m going to miss my patients. I loved everything about my job.”
The OMC Plainview is excited about the addition of Jackie Lingl, APRN, CNP, DNP, this spring.
Olmsted Medical Center has 11 community clinics, including Lake City, Cannon Falls, Pine Island and Wanamingo.
