Recently Oak Lane Mobile Home park in Cannon Falls experienced a severe leak in the community’s main water supply line.
This is a privately owned public water supply, and only affects the residents connected to that water supply.
While the system is being repaired, that community is in a Boil Water Advisory.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 as there have been no positive tests of bacteria.
After the break is fixed and the lines are flushed, they will test for bacteria and provided they pass the advisory will be lifted.
