The National Eagle Center is taking over the Huntington® Bank Rotunda at Mall of America® for eagle trivia, free ticket prizes, photo opportunities with National Eagle Center mascot Sky, demonstrations, as well as host free live eagle shows in the Parkview Event center on March 15th and 16th.
On Tuesday, March 15th, for Toddler Tuesday, starting at 11 am there will be four 30 minute free live eagle shows. Each participant will receive a gift bag complete with free Center passes, coloring pages, and more while supplies last.
On Wednesday, March 16th, from 8 - 9 am at the Parkview Event Center there will be a Mall Stars live eagle show and the premiere of the Center’s video Threats to Eagles followed by Q & A with the Center’s eagle trainers.
The National Eagle Center is temporarily closed for Phase 1 of its $27M renovation and expansion.
The Center will reopen this spring with all-new interactive exhibits, the Preston Cook American Eagle Collection of eagle memorabilia, and a new home for the eagles and the Center’s Red-Tailed Hawk.
