MSCSE North Star Promise Scholarship

MSC Southeast President, Dr. Marsha Danielson, says the program guarantees access to a college education at MSC Southeast, both campuses and online, to every qualifying student.

This program is open to all Minnesota residents with a family Adjusted Gross Income below $80,000, as reported on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Minnesota Dream Act Application.
