Minnesota State College Southeast’s Student Music Association is hosting its annual Swap Meet on Saturday, March 1, from 8 am to 3 pm at Southeast's Red Wing campus.
Admission is free and open to the public.
The Red Wing campus is home to three nationally renowned musical instrument repair programs: Band Instrument Repair, Guitar Repair and Building, and Violin Repair and Making.
Students from these programs organize the Swap Meet, an opportunity for people to buy, sell, and trade all kinds of musical instruments, gear, tools, materials, and supplies.
This year, Southeast's Red Wing campus will be busy as the Swap Meet takes place on the same day as the college hosts a regional clinic for the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians.
Vendor tables are still available and walk-ins for vendors will be allowed on the day of the Swap Meet.
In addition, food service will be available on campus from PicNick's during the day.
