The Red Wing Police Department has issued a notification of relocation in Red Wing of a Level 3 Offender.
38-year Dallas Lloyd has served the sentence imposed upon him by the court and is transitioning into the community.
According to the Coon Rapids Police Department, Kinford has a history of engaging in sexual contact against a known female child. Lloyd used his relationship of trust to attain and exploit unmonitored access.
Kinford was released on May 2nd and he moved to the 100 block of Red Wing Avenue last Friday.
