The community is invited to attend the Public Retirement Reception for City Council Administrator Kay Kuhlmann Monday prior to the regular Red Wing City Council meeting.
The reception will be held from 5- 5:45 pm in the City Hall lobby, 315 West Fourth Street.
Kuhlmann, who has been City Council Administrator since July 1997, is retiring next month.
Chris Heineman, who has been serving as the City Administrator with the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, has been hired to replace her.
