Motorists traveling on the Highway 61 bridge at Withers Harbor in Red Wing will be excited to know that traffic is now open in two lanes in both directions.
The $14 million two-year project replaced the Hwy 61 bridge over Withers Harbor Dr. and Hay Creek.
Crews also reconstructed the approaches to the bridge from Bench St. to Withers Harbor Drive and made other road improvements.
