The Red Wing School Board heard a motion Monday night to eliminate the Girls High School Gymnastics program due to low participation numbers and cost savings.
the School Board tabled the motion and are set to re evaluate the situation in two weeks at their next meeting.
There is no head coach for the team at this time as well. There were only eight girls on the gymnastics team last season. The first meet is scheduled for December 6th.
