Gunderson St. Elizabeth’s Hospitals and Clinics Elizabeth's has announced there are becoming Emplify Health by Gundersen.
This change marks a big step in their journey, one that brings their vision for the future of healthcare to life while honoring the incredible legacy they have built with the communities they serve.
According to the Emplify website, your provider and care teams you know at Bellin and Gundersen Health will be at the same locations they are today.
Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System combined operations in December of 2022.
