The deadline has passed to sign up for Gundersen St. Elizabeth's Hospital and Clinics’s 3rd Annual Jim Abbott Memorial Golf Tournament at Coffee Mill Golf Course September 15th but you can still lend your support by purchasing raffle tickets.
The proceeds from the golf outing and raffle tickets will help benefit the construction of a progressive rehabilitation and wellness center and retail pharmacy expansion at Gundersen St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Clinics.
Raffle tickets are $20 and only 400 will be sold. You can purchase at Gundersen St. Elizabeth's hospital front desk, Physical Therapy Department, or Wellness Center.
Tickets are also available at Coffee Mill Golf Course, West Side Tavern, Silver Star Saloon, and Town and Country Cafe. Need not be present to win.
Cash prizes for 1st is $1,000, 2nd and 3rd place, $500, and 4th and 5th place will win $200.
