The Goodhue County Assessor’s Office will be performing on-site reassessments of properties this year.
This is for the 2026 assessment for property taxes payable in 2027 in the following areas:
Welch Township
Vasa Township
Belle Creek Township
Cannon Falls Township
Stanton Township
Cannon Falls City
Dennison
The appraisal staff will knock on your door and leave their business card if property owner is unavailable.
The appraiser will be updating photos and verifying measurements in the above-mentioned areas in 2025 for the 2026 assessment.
