The deadline to apply for the Downtown Red Wing Mainstreet Retail & Restaurant Challenge is almost here.
Downtown Red Wing Mainstreet has $20,000 for the winner of this entrepreneurial competition designed to spur economic growth in the downtown and West End District areas.
You must submit your initial application and concept by Friday, March 15th.
Business concepts eligible for the competition include:
* New retail business.
* New restaurant business.
*Additional location of a successful, established business in another town.
*Significant expansion of a current downtown retail or restaurant business that includes an added business concept.
Business needs to be a paid partner with Downtown Main Street in good standing.
