Red Wing’s Bill the Pumpkin Man is returning again bringing a free Halloween tradition back.
Master carver, Bill Habedank will be displaying his Jack O’ Lanterns starting Friday outside his house at 1913 Grandview Drive and it will be up through Wednesday, November 1st.
Bill also collects non perishable food items, pet food, cash and checks for donations to the Red Wing Area Food Shelf.
