The 54th Annual Corn on the Cob Days celebration is back on the third weekend in August in Plainview.
The festival kicks off Wednesday, August 14 and runs through Sunday the 18th.
Plainview Mayor, Aaron Luckstein, says the event includes a parade, food, vendors, entertainment and so much more.
Some other weekend events scheduled include:
IV Play: Minnesota's premier rock band will perform on Saturday, August 17 from 9 pm to midnight at Kim's Saloon & Grill.
Corn on the Cob Days Fun Run: This race will take place on Saturday, August 17
Parade: The parade will take place on Sunday, August 18 and kicks off around 1:30 pm. The entry fee is $35 per unit, but non-profit groups can enter for free.
Enjoy ALL the corn on the cob that you can eat on Sunday, corn will be served from 11am-3pm.
Thomas and the Shakes band will perform on Sunday, August 18 from 5–7 pm.
