The Duff Endowment Fund will present “Freedom, Democracy & the Presidency,” a community conversation with author Jeffrey A. Engel, at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, at the Sheldon Theatre in Red Wing.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District survey team was out on Lake Pepin Wednesday taking the third ice thickness measurements of the season.
